Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics serves as the foundation for all our business practices and decisions. All employees and associates of Salisbury are expected to adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption
Salisbury has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Employees and associates must not offer, give, or accept any form of bribe, kickback, or other illicit benefit to or from any individual or organization.

Prohibiting the offering or accepting of gifts or entertainment valued over HKD $1,000, unless pre-approved by management.

Gifts and Entertainment
Exchanging gifts and entertainment can build business relationships but must never influence, or appear to influence, business decisions.

Our policy on gifts and entertainment includes:

Employees must not offer or accept any gift or entertainment that could be perceived as a bribe or conflict of interest.

Gifts of nominal value (under HKD $500) may be accepted or given as a courtesy, but anything above this value requires prior approval.

All gifts and entertainment received or offered must be logged in the company's gift register.
Conflict of Interest
All employees must avoid situations where their personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of Salisbury.

Disclosing any personal relationships or financial interests that could influence business decisions.

Avoiding outside employment or business activities that could interfere with their duties at Salisbury.

Reporting any potential conflicts of interest to management immediately.
Reporting Non-Compliance
All employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of our codes and procedures. Salisbury is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for reporting non-compliance, and there will be no retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

Disciplinary Actions
Failure to comply with Salisbury’s codes and procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Disciplinary measures will be applied fairly and consistently, taking into account the nature and severity of the violation.
